Lake Lotawana Rendezvous Trois

Lake Lotawana Rendezvous is now an autumn tradition held on Lake Lotawana, primarily centered at the docks of the Marina Grog and Galley.  In addition to the Lake Lotawana classic boats, several guest boats and their guardians from the Heartland Classics Chapter are invited to participate.

Lake Lotawana Rendezvous Trois
was held October 4-5, 2019.

Lake Lotawana is a small city on the southeastern corner of Kansas City, Missouri.  The inhabitants surround a beautiful lake named Lake Lotawana.

In 2016, several residents with classic wooden boats began to get together socially and the gathering of a few classic boats attracted interest from others who already had or desired to have classic watercraft on the lake.  From this group, the Lake Lotawana Wooden & Classic Boat Club was organized in 2017.  Many of the members joined ACBS and the Heartland Classics Chapter.

The 2019 Rendezvous Trois included parades around Lake Lotawana, docks full of gorgeouse antique and classic wooden boats, a parking lot full of unique amusement artifacts, AND scrumptious meals for the participants.

Spectators loved the visual candy, bought shirts, signed up for rides in the boats and amphicars, all of which raised money for the Lake Lotawana Parks & Rec programs.
