At the Annual International ACBS Awards Banquet, Heartland Classics Chapter was named a CHAPTER OF THE YEAR.
John Mason, a Chapter Director, compiled information about our Chapter Activities and Programs spanning the last several years. His document was submitted as a nomination for this Award. Thanks, John, for helping to bring this Award to us.
The nomination featured:
- the Chapter’s SIX sponsored events per year plus members taking part in related nautical shows,
- the Chapter’s communication and promotion efforts through Mahogany & Chrome magazine, the heartlandclassics.orgwebsite, our Facebook Group, and growing Instagram postings,
- the Chapter’s sponsorship of Mahogany & Chrome YouTube ChannelVideo Series,
- the Chapter’s growth in membership and the participation rate within that membership,
- the Chapter’s scholarship program,
- the Chapter’s active leadership and financial stability,
- and the relationships created within the membership of the Chapter.
