Mahogany & Chrome
2023 Classic Boat Show

Grand Lake, Oklahoma

September 7, 8, 9, 2023

Arrowhead Yacht Club and Marina will be the host location providing great docks for displaying our Antique and Classic Boats and great restaurants for friends to gather and share meals together.

One comment commonly heard at Heartland Classics Chapter events is, “It’s as much about the people as the boats.”  Well, it’s the boats that brought us together and then it’s the people that glue this Chapter together.

Mahogany & Chrome Show is the one Heartland Classics event where official judging is offered.  The ACBS criteria for judging are used which are based on comparing the existing boat to the way it would have originally left the showroom as a new boat.  A point system is used to determine groups of winners: 95-100 is Platinum, 90-94 is Gold, and 85-89 is Silver.

Participants will choose whether to have their boat judged – which is an educational process for both boat owners and judges.  But many boats attend this event for the enjoyment of boating with friends and visiting with the public about boats.
